The designated trainer (Biswa) was very helpful, quite fast paced on occasion but always the opportunity to ask questions (in small group) and get feedback for the tests etc. All in all good online experience despite some initial concerns. I think you must remember the course alone will not allow you to pass the exam but will give the fundamentals and reading materials to do so.

The Security lab exam needs 8 hours to be completed. One must pass the lab exam within 3 years of passing the written exam to achieve the certification.
