5. What payment options are available?       
Payment options are listed with each of the courses and qualifications. We accept credit card, direct debit and company invoices. If the payment options listed against the course do not suit, please discuss your cash flow situation with us, below mentioned are the payment options:

6. What do you do with my personal information?

7. Do I get a copy of the certificate by post or by email?  
It depends on the course and the certifying body of the respective course. If they provide hard copy of the certificate, we will dispatch the same to you and if it is a soft copy, you will receive the same via email. The course completion certificate from SprintZeal will be a soft copy.

8. Can I ask for payment receipt?  
Yes, after or before enrollment you can request for an invoice.

9. Can I cancel or reschedule my enrollment after booking the course?  
Yes, you may decide to reschedule or cancel your registration in case of any unavoidable reason. For more details, please go through our terms and conditions.

10. Will there be any course materSprintZeal provided? 
We provide accredited course ware for all the APMG courses. For other courses, we provide our own manual prepared by highly qualified trainers and consultants.

11. Do I have to go through the course materSprintZeal before I come to class?  
It is recommended, but not mandatory. If requested in advance, we will courier the course ware to you.

12. How does the money back guarantee works? Is it applicable for the all the courses?

13. Will I be eligible for a discount if we come in group or refer someone to your course?
Yes, you will be entitled to a 10% discount for two candidates. For 3 or more candidates, a 15% discount is offered on the training fee. For In-House quotations (Corporate Onsite Training) please write to us at or call our Learning advisers. 

14. When does one choose a classroom training program? 
Classroom Training programs can be opted by delegates keen to learn through face-to-face interactions, whilst at the same time connect with other professionals. Classroom sessions ensure that the candidate follows a strict agenda and completes the course in the required time. This will further be bolstered by online learning access for certain courses to help you revise at your pace..

15. Can SprintZeal deliver a course at my company site?
Yes, our accredited trainers will be assigned to deliver the course at your organizational location, if you have a training requirement for a group of employees. 18. How will I get my results after writing exam?  
Our learning adviser will keep you informed about the results. We are usually in receipt of the results within 12 working days. However, the time-frame for issuance of certificates/ declaration of results will depend on the Governing body for the course. 

19. Does SprintZeal send me a certificate after passing, or I will get directly from Governing body?
The certificates are dispatched to SprintZeal. We will then either send the certificate to your postal address or e-mail a scanned copy or both, depending on whether the certificate issued is a hard copy or soft copy

20. When and how should I claim my PDU (Professional Development Units) certificate?
Upon completion of the required hours of training, you can write to us at with your full name, as should appear on the certificate.

1. Can I learn all the courses and get certified from Sprintzeal APP?
Yes, you can learn all the courses offered by Sprintzeal on App. There are no limitations to learning courses and one can even get multiple certificates provided he/she completes the courses and clears the exam.  
2. Is it limited by seats?
The offers aren’t limited by seats but we do believe in ‘first come first serve’ policy. Availing offers instantly is advised as they come with a certain time limit. However, there are exceptions as well and conditions are based upon on the offer that’s running.
3. How often you run SZ DEAL offers?

11. Will PMI accept my PDUs from you?
Yes, the PDUs awarded by Sprintzeal can be used to maintain your PMI course credentials, since we are an REP of PMI. On completion of the training hours, you can download the certificate which can further be used for PMI-PDUs.
12. Is this certificate valid for PMI PDUs?
Yes, the certificate is valid for claiming PDUs and applying for the PMI. You can download the PDU certificate upon completion of the course through app or website. 
13. Can I claim my PDUs with PMI after completing the course?
Yes, you can claim your PDUs on completion of the course and apply to maintain your credentials. 
14. Is job guaranteed after completing the course and certification?
The chances of getting a job increases manifold on getting certified. It surely acts as an add-on that sets you apart from the crowd and gives you an edge over your competitors. However, since several other things are also taken into consideration by interviewers, we cannot give 100% guarantee as a huge part of the selection depends on the interviewer and the candidate himself/herself. 
15. Will I get a job after completing the training?

17. Can I access multiple videos at the same time?
No, you cannot access multiple videos at the same time. You can watch one audio/video at a time.
18. How do I correct my name on the certificate?
An option for correction of the name on the certificate isn’t available. Before issuing the certificate, a request for entering the name of the candidate is made to ensure correct usage of the name and to avoid inconvenience. However, changes to the account name and registered name be made at any time. 
19. How do I change my email address?
In manage accounts option, kindly fill contact us form clearly explaining why you want to change the email address and support team will get back to you within 72 business hours. 
20. How do I reset my user ID?
By writing the email to and  requesting the same.
21. I forgot my user ID?
In case of loss of user ID, one needs to provide their email address for the recovery of the account by trying multiple email address to see which one was used while registering.
22. How do I reset my password?
Click on the ‘forgot password’ option on the login page and request for a new link through email. A link to reset password will be sent to your registered email id which can then be used to set a new password.
23. I forgot my password?
To login to your account when forgotten your password, kindly use the ‘forgot password’ option. It is a hassle free procedure; you’ll be able to set new password and login to your account in no time. 
24. Video buffering is slow?
In case of slow buffering of videos,
• Please ensure the device you are accessing videos from is connected to a strong and secure internet connection.
• Try hard refresh/reload the page by hitting the ‘refresh’ button.
• Make sure the battery of the device is sufficiently charged while browsing the app or through computer.
• If the issue still persists, feel free to reach out to us at or fill the contact us form from our APP and you will receive a response within 72 business hours.
25. How can I get a hard copy of my certificate?
After completion of the course, you will be provided with the certificate that can be emailed to your registered email address. It is printable and Sprintzeal do not send any hardcopy of the certificate.
26. How often I can download the certificate?
The certificate awarded at the end of the course can be downloaded only once. However, you can always check the list of certifications under your profile. There is an option to resend your certificate email to your registered email.
27. I am not able to download my certificate?
On successful completion of the course, the certificate will be emailed to download the same. In case of issues related to the certificate, you can try refreshing the account, re-login and if the issue still persists, we are always here to help you out. 28. When can I cancel my subscription?
On subscription, you will get instant access to all the courses offered. For limited time period, you get free access for the first 10 days and in case you change your mind, you can cancel the subscription. However, the cancellation needs to be done within the first 10 days which is on or before 9th day from the day of registration as beyond that charges will apply.
29. I registered on the website but I see only one-course access?
In this case, you have purchased single online course from our website or a complimentary access from your classroom training as a part of classroom offering. Its easy process to get other course access by clicking other course image which will ask you to convert your single course access to monthly subscription. Note, once converted to monthly subscription you can no longer go back to your original specific course access. 
30. How much is the monthly subscription?
For Limited Time Period. The monthly subscription cost is $5 only. You get access to several courses for $5 and even get certifications on completion of the course. 
31. How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you can go to account settings and click on the ‘cancel subscription’ button.
On following the instructions, your subscription will be canceled and you will not be charged in coming months.
32. How many courses access will I receive?
On subscription, you will get access to unlimited courses. Several new courses will be uploaded from time to time and the existing courses will be updated periodically as well. Some of the courses offered are Project Management, Quality Management, IT Service Management, Cloud related courses, AWS, Big Data Hadoop etc. PMP®, Six Sigma, PMI-ACP®, ITIL®, CBAP®, and Digital marketing etc.
33. How much do I have to pay?
For a monthly subscription (Limited Time Offer), you need to pay $5 only. You will be able to access the app from various devices like Android or IOS and learn multiple courses until the end of the month (30 days from the payment date). After one month, $5 will be deducted from your account and you shall get access for another month as recurring. 
34. How does this work?
For gaining access to the certification courses, you will require to register with email address and subscribe for our monthly subscription. The login credentials will be same, as you use it to register. Using this, you can log in to the app and start learning. On completion of the course and clearing the final exam, you will be awarded a certificate. The certificate can be emailed to your registered email address to print or download.
