I had the opportunity to take the ITIL 4 Foundations course through Sprintzeal and it was a great experience. My instructor was Courtney, and I feel she prepared me to take and pass the exam on my first attempt. Tarun was honestly the best trainer/coach that I've had in 20 years in the IT profession. He covered the EA/TOGAF material and had real life examples to make everything completely understandable. I was lucky to get an excellent trainer. Super knowledgeable and patient. Giving 4-stars only because Sprintzeal comes across as disjointed upon introduction. For example, two sales reps reached out to me at the same time and then I felt passed off. More visibility into who is doing what and their role would be helpful.

Paul did a great job explaining AWS in great detail. He was informative in recommending test strategies. The only thing I would request is that the course documentation be updated a bit. Paul informed us that the lag time between class and test is significant, but it would be nice if we can improve this area.
