It was an excellent live online training session. The Trainer ‘Munawar Ahmed Shaikh’ is an interactive person, and he has lots of industrial experience. He used to explain the project reference that he did on the industry that helped to understand the different CISSP domains.The training session was through GoToMeeting, and it interrupted the session. The trainer spent time troubleshooting the GoToMeeting, and why the drawing board was not displayed on the screen, voice breaks during the sessions. Sprintzeal should change GoToMeeting for better live online training sessions. I highly recommend ‘Munawar Ahmed Shaikh’ for CISSP training.

I received marking emails for Sprintzeal during the last year or so. My intention was to earn my PMP certification in 2020. COVID-19 helped to motivate me to get signed up. The first live online training class was a disappointment, the instructor was ill and that round of training was cancelled. Sprintzeal staff apologized and did a great job of finding me a place in the next round of training.
The instructor for the second training session was very good. He went at a pace that was just right, was patient and make sure we understood the concepts before moving on.

Mr. Biswa has been a very thorough instructor providing a very comprehensive training on Program Management. It has been a pleasure learning from him and look forward to taking more courses under Sprintzeal for related topics on Program Management. I will take what I have learned from him and Sprintzeal to my workplace and maybe apply some of the lessons in the area of Procurement Management. I feel also that I am maybe 60% percent ready to take the exam but will be close to 100% by the time I read more course materials and study for it.
