Dana is an excellent instructor. He had a lot of test taking and industry experience. I noticed that the power point and test material references the 5th edition. For example, the reference to Quality Audit which is in the 6th Edition called Quality Assurance. Dana was able to point these out and reduce confusion.

Overall Sprintzeal Comptia A+ was great, they helped me a lot just learning stuff I would have never learned otherwise, one way they could improve is by starting a bit earlier in IT, like just giving basic knowledge and vocabulary that we should know. Otherwise once we learned everything it was pretty easy to grasp.

The trainer did well covering a wide range of topics in 4 days, although I would have liked some more real-life representations of what was being shown.Perhaps VMs, or examples of how viruses work in a real-to-life environment.Aside from that, I thought the course was very informative and helped build a framework for an understanding of Security+. We were also provided 12 hours of CompTIA labs that I think will be a HUGE help.

The training was on schedule related to the topics within CISSP. I liked the way he started the training by giving time to talk about the participants background. Totally, the training went well. Awesome CBAP Test Prep Course with Excellent Customer Service. In March 2019, select staff from two of our departments partnered up to undertake the CBAP Test Prep course offered by Sprintzeal. I learned the BABOK was difficult to comprehend until our trainer, Delilah Allison, explained the book's layout and the meaning behind each section. Her teachings enable me to grasp the Business Analysis concept (even though most of my tasks were in a project management world). Our Account Manager, Alex Wood, provided excellent customer service going above the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction. We did encounter some hiccups along the way which were either resolved or addressed in an expedited manner. Also, the price per person was reasonable compared to what was offered and what other companies offered. My overall experience with Sprintzeal is a positive one.
