With the outbreak of COVID-19 and it being declared as a pandemic, there's nothing more important to us than the well-being of our customers and employees. As coronavirus continues to spread, we want you to know we're doing all we can to support you and keep our services available. However, we currently have only limited staff to handle our operations and these employees are working remotely to ensure you get support.

Once the conditions are back to normal and all of our employees and all the departments begin to function as before, our services will be available 24x7 along with constant support and quick responses to resolve issues (if any).

Note to Clients, Trainers, Vendors: Our offices in most of the countries are facing the lockdown, like Australia, the USA, India, and the UK.

Due to this lockdown, most departments have been asked to stay indoors and they have voluntarily decided to get self-quarantined for the next 8 weeks.

Just like the whole world, even Sprintzeal is fighting to make sure we win from COVID-19 and our services to run smoothly. Kindly expect a delay in your payments, answering your queries, accounts team is not working, the procurement department is shut for time being, HR department is not operating. In fact, many departments are not working due to what's going on around. When things get back to normal, we will ensure everything is up and running smoothly.

New update – We are offering Live Online Classroom Training for all courses and in all regions. This is to help our customers meet their lea learning journey isn’t hindered.

If you’re already registered with us and made the payment for classroom training, you can opt for our live online classes to undergo training at the comfort of your home without any additional charges. To support our participants get their certification, we have waived off rescheduling and other additional charges.

To help participants stay informed about the next possible course of action, we made some changes and updated our terms and conditions. Be sure to take a look at it. 

Meanwhile, keep learning and feel free to use our resources. You can opt for online training and get training from our expert trainers by interacting with him/her in the live online mode of training.
