My trainer Dan Chauncey was extremely helpful with practical experiences that he conveyed regarding several of the questions that I had. The information is extensive. And the tools that have been provided are very detailed and understandable. Thorough training. Looking forward to more in the future.
I had the opportunity to take the ITIL 4 Foundations course through Sprintzeal and it was a great experience. My instructor was Courtney, and I feel she prepared me to take and pass the exam on my first attempt. Courtney is very knowledgeable, and her instruction method was conducive for a positive learning environment. I will request her in the future as I plan to expand on my knowledge in ITIL. Alex was vital in my successful enrollment and always a trusted agent to aid in my self development plan. Sprintzeal is a great organization to aid in your ability to better yourself through expert instruction.
I have had a great experience with my AWS training with Sprintzeal. Originally the trainer I had my first training batch with, was a bit difficult for me to understand. She was honestly very knowledgeable but I couldn't grasp the concepts with her style. I reached out to Jason Caldwell/Leonard Paul about my early learning experience. I was incredibly pleased that I was moved to another trainers training batch. My new trainer (Paul Oyola) was easy for me to understand at a pace that was better fit for me. Paul was not only friendly from day 1 but remained that way throughout all of the classes. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. If Paul didn't have an answer to a question one of the students asked, Paul would search for an answer and provide us with more information. I haven't taken the AWS exam yet, but I am confident I will pass and look forward to letting Paul know. I am so happy that I chose Sprintzeal for my AWS training. I am also pleased with the patience and customer service I received from the time Leonard Paul reached out to me to the time Jason Caldwell and Alex Wood assisted me as needed. Great experience all the way around!
Moutaz Zrein was my instructor. He was knowledgeable, a good listener, and I enjoyed the course very much. Moutaz gave a lot of real-life examples and showed a few videos that complemented the course content.
Overall, the course was highly in depth and interactive. The instructor had a great knowledge of the topic and explained the content in full. While the instructor was great, I did have a hard time understanding their accent and spent a decent amount of time trying to understand what was said rather than the content. Ultimately, I will have to re-listen to the recordings or teach myself the content I did not understand. I did have a few issues regarding the preparation of the program. It would be beneficial to the student to know exactly what the program will entail and what is expected of them such as: what technology is required, the level of participation, and the expected schedule of the program. The support team answered emails quickly, and sent out the recordings in good time. I believe this was a good experience to have and to prepare for the PMP test.
The support staff from Sprintzeal,Steve Jones, were very supportive in making this decision to take the PMP certification course. The course was very affordable and I was given an additional incentive to take another course which would supplement my knowledge which was the Agile course.
I was thinking about studying on my own for the exam but decided to sign up for the course on Sprintzeal to ensure that the material that I needed to study was accurate and efficient. I didn't want to waste anytime on taking the exam multiple times to pass due to being ill-prepared. The instructor Biswa, was great in covering what to know for the exam and I feel that the material he provided will prepare me to pass the exam my first time with confidence. Thank you for this opportunity and I look forward to taking more certification courses through Sprintzeal.
It's really helpful training. I did learn a lot regarding the Lean Six Sigma. I believe I am able to pass the exam and get certification after the training.
Highly Recommend CISSP Bootcamp With Tom
I have no complaints. The training was well paced, the materials seem to be spot on, and the trainer, Mr. Tom Scott, was an excellent trainer. I think I'm ready for the exam. Let's go!
Kevin Davis Phenomenal instructor that provided actual conceptual scenarios that focused on the overall PMP concept that I could relate to in the corporate culture. He was very patient and determined to ensure we stayed on track w/ the focus of understanding the fundamentals of PMP.
