Awesome CBAP Test Prep Course with Excellent Customer Service. In March 2019, select staff from two of our departments partnered up to undertake the CBAP Test Prep course offered by Sprintzeal. I learned the BABOK was difficult to comprehend until our trainer, Delilah Allison, explained the book's layout and the meaning behind each section. Her teachings enable me to grasp the Business Analysis concept (even though most of my tasks were in a project management world). Our Account Manager, Alex Wood, provided excellent customer service going above the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction. We did encounter some hiccups along the way which were either resolved or addressed in an expedited manner. Also, the price per person was reasonable compared to what was offered and what other companies offered. My overall experience with Sprintzeal is a positive one. I received marking emails for Sprintzeal during the last year or so. My intention was to earn my PMP certification in 2020. COVID-19 helped to motivate me to get signed up. The first live online training class was a disappointment, the instructor was ill and that round of training was cancelled. Sprintzeal staff apologized and did a great job of finding me a place in the next round of training.
The instructor for the second training session was very good. He went at a pace that was just right, was patient and make sure we understood the concepts before moving on.

The slides were very well done and logical so you could learn the subject matter looking at the slides and listening to the trainer. Best training ever. Muhammad Faisal was just the best tutor. By the end of 4 days training from zero start I was already achieving over 60 percent and then just had to follow up with the study plan and go ahead with the momentum. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely supportive tutor who also coached me with the application process and heaps of tips for the exam. I know I am ready and I will come back and let you know when I pass in the next month. for sure.
