Carmen did a fantastic job instructing our Class. From providing in depth analysis on course material to drawing from outside sources and personal experiences to fully flesh out the subject matter she placed a high level of importance on our understanding. I found that the course has been comprehensive with a lot of reference material available for personal study outside of the class content. Obviously there is a lot to learn moving forward and its great to know that we are provided with on going support up until we sit the exam.

I'm glad I discovered SprintZeal on my journey to getting the PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Their PMP Certification Exam Prep course and resources (videos, practice exams) are very effective and helpful. The teachers and support staff are top-of-the-line. When I have questions, I get almost instantaneous replies from the support focal (even during the holidays). The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification on-line course is easy to comprehend. The on-line course gives me flexibility as I can take it anytime, on my own schedule. I look forward to taking the exams and getting my certification!

The training offered by Sprintzeal is one of the most comprehensive and complete training. Right from beginning of my interaction with support team especially Foram for registration of course to actual training by an expert trainer to conducting exam online it was a pleasant experience. The trainer Mr Faizal is very knowledgeable and made the topic very easy to understand by giving realistic example with support from a detailed training material offered. Would highly recommend the valuable training sessions at reasonable pricing point. Keep up the good job.

The facilitator, Ms. Noor Zohara was extremely helpful and made our life easy in registration any queries or information about the course. She is very organized, friendly and supportive of the applicants. The speaker Mr. Mohammad Al Rumaih, was knowledgeable, very nice, informative, skillful, highly professional and really made it real with real-life examples. We are feeling that we are confident enough to take the exams and start our own project management. There are some areas for improvement in the venue it’s relatively small, hot water is not available all the time for making hot beverages. Otherwise, everything was fine and thanks again. I will definitely repeat my experience with sprintzeal again and again.

ITIL 4 Foundation Course

Moutaz Zrein was my instructor. He was knowledgeable, a good listener, and I enjoyed the course very much. Moutaz gave a lot of real-life examples and showed a few videos that complemented the course content.

Tim was beyond amazing. Not only did he know his craft, but he was also able to explain it to a level someone with the lowest level of knowledge could understand, without insulting the intelligence. I came in with barely any formal knowledge of the PM world and ended leaving with way more competency. Tim mixed personal experience and PMI terms/processes/knowledge areas to increase my understanding (it worked). Loved this class, loved the teacher. I will definitely recommend this class and more specifically, the teacher to other coworkers, friends and family. Thank you!

Indeed, A Great Learning Experience !!! I am very thankful for choosing Sprintzeal as my training medium for PMP. All the team members from Sprintzeal spent a whole lot of time with me right from the start of my application until my application was accepted by PMI. I am personally thankful to David Johnson and Alex Wood for all their assistance along the way. The training part from Sprintzeal has the class of its own. It has been such a good learning experience. I am jazzed to admit that Tammy (the instructor) made the entire journey of understanding PMP terminology and concepts a great experience. She is crystal clear about all of the mathematical concepts associated with PMP. This is really helpful in understanding the project management concepts She got the whole training properly structured and easy to follow Sprintzeal course material to meet the course learning objectives. She got right to the point and helped me understand all the important bits in a timely manner.. Tammy is very patient to answer our question and covered all materials within 4 days. Moreover, she shares her past real PM experience with us and make this class more "practical" and assist us to combine work experience with theory.
