Right from beginning of my interaction with support team especially Foram for registration of course to actual training by an expert trainer to conducting exam online it was a pleasant experience. I just finished the PMP Boot Camp and it was an excellent experience. Mr. Wood went above and beyond assisting me with enrollment and without him I would have missed out on this great opportunity. My instructor Gabi was phenomenal! She was very patient and brought a wealth of real-world experience that provided clarity throughout the training. I had numerous instructor in my life but Gabi is one of the best. I would recommend the Sprintzeal PMP Boot Camp if you are interested in pursuing employment in this field. Tarun was honestly the best trainer/coach that I've had in 20 years in the IT profession. He covered the EA/TOGAF material and had real life examples to make everything completely understandable. He listened to my professional concerns and questions and offered advice/suggestions from his years of experience. Moutaz Zrein was my instructor. He was knowledgeable, a good listener, and I enjoyed the course very much. Moutaz gave a lot of real-life examples and showed a few videos that complemented the course content.

Biswa created different handouts and worksheets that helped with the reviewing and were external to what the book was providing. Instructor tailored examples to our actual careers to help make understanding easier and more relatable. The course overall was extremely interactive.

Awesome CBAP Test Prep Course with Excellent Customer Service. In March 2019, select staff from two of our departments partnered up to undertake the CBAP Test Prep course offered by Sprintzeal. I learned the BABOK was difficult to comprehend until our trainer, Delilah Allison, explained the book's layout and the meaning behind each section. Her teachings enable me to grasp the Business Analysis concept (even though most of my tasks were in a project management world). Our Account Manager, Alex Wood, provided excellent customer service going above the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction. We did encounter some hiccups along the way which were either resolved or addressed in an expedited manner. Also, the price per person was reasonable compared to what was offered and what other companies offered. My overall experience with Sprintzeal is a positive one.
