We actually started with a different instructor for the CCNA class. The first instructor was knowledgable, but wasn't leading the class in a way that worked well for our learning. We brought this up with Sprintzeal and they were willing to start over with a better fitting instructor at a later date. The second instructor and training itself was excellent.
