I learned the BABOK was difficult to comprehend until our trainer, Delilah Allison, explained the book's layout and the meaning behind each section. Her teachings enable me to grasp the Business Analysis concept (even though most of my tasks were in a project management world). Our Account Manager, Alex Wood, provided excellent customer service going above the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction. We did encounter some hiccups along the way which were either resolved or addressed in an expedited manner. Think of it this way: the AZ-900 is the map, but the AZ-104 is the actual driving. It’s a big step up because it’s a "performance" exam. You have to know how to implement and troubleshoot. It’s tough, but our labs and practice questions will make sure you’re ready for it.
Microsoft doesn't check your resume at the door, but trust us—you’ll want that hands-on time. If you’ve spent a few months clicking around Azure and you know your way around a command line, you’ll do great. If not, don't worry—our labs will help you catch up fast.
