- You need at least 4500 hours of managing projects.

You have to pay around $225 for the CAPM exam registration if you are a PMI member. However, if you do not have a PMP membership, you must pay $300.

CAPM Exam: You have to solve a total of 150 multiple choice-based questions within three hours. It is a computer-based exam. The CAPM exam contains fifteen pretest questions that do not affect your final result.
