All the above three mentioned aspects will actually decide the time period to create a project implementation plan. Therefore, there is no such thing as a fixed time period.

There are various stakeholders attached to a project implementation plan. Each stakeholder has a role to play. Approving project objectives, what resources are needed and how much is needed, when and where will the resources be needed, and what is the progress so far.
