The instructor is experienced, this is obvious. To help drive home the point in instructing, they should use personal experience more often. Less reading of the data on the slides. The class was helpful.

Dana is an excellent instructor. He had a lot of test taking and industry experience. I noticed that the power point and test material references the 5th edition. For example, the reference to Quality Audit which is in the 6th Edition called Quality Assurance. Dana was able to point these out and reduce confusion.

I received marking emails for Sprintzeal during the last year or so. My intention was to earn my PMP certification in 2020. COVID-19 helped to motivate me to get signed up. The first live online training class was a disappointment, the instructor was ill and that round of training was cancelled. Sprintzeal staff apologized and did a great job of finding me a place in the next round of training.
The instructor for the second training session was very good. He went at a pace that was just right, was patient and make sure we understood the concepts before moving on.

Biswa created different handouts and worksheets that helped with the reviewing and were external to what the book was providing. Instructor tailored examples to our actual careers to help make understanding easier and more relatable. The course overall was extremely interactive.

The slides were very well done and logical so you could learn the subject matter looking at the slides and listening to the trainer. The trainer was very patient and thorough in making sure that I understood the subject matter and made sure any questions i had or uncertainty was addressed. I found my instructor and the coordinator Alex Wood very easy to work with. They were VERY accommodating to my schedule, and I was very happy with the training, the presentation of the material and the quizzes that the instructor walked the class through at the end of each Chapter. I will take another class from them again.
