Software Engineer

I have had a great experience with my AWS training with Sprintzeal. Originally the trainer I had my first training batch with, was a bit difficult for me to understand. She was honestly very knowledgeable but I couldn't grasp the concepts with her style. I reached out to Jason Caldwell/Leonard Paul about my early learning experience. I was incredibly pleased that I was moved to another trainers training batch. My new trainer (Paul Oyola) was easy for me to understand at a pace that was better fit for me. Paul was not only friendly from day 1 but remained that way throughout all of the classes. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. If Paul didn't have an answer to a question one of the students asked, Paul would search for an answer and provide us with more information. I haven't taken the AWS exam yet, but I am confident I will pass and look forward to letting Paul know. I am so happy that I chose Sprintzeal for my AWS training. I am also pleased with the patience and customer service I received from the time Leonard Paul reached out to me to the time Jason Caldwell and Alex Wood assisted me as needed. Great experience all the way around!

The trainer did well covering a wide range of topics in 4 days, although I would have liked some more real-life representations of what was being shown.Perhaps VMs, or examples of how viruses work in a real-to-life environment.Aside from that, I thought the course was very informative and helped build a framework for an understanding of Security+. We were also provided 12 hours of CompTIA labs that I think will be a HUGE help.

It was a good experience. I have been working on ITIL report from past 2 years however never in-debt knowledge about it. These sessions helped a lot in understanding about change management, incident, service and release management. Overall experience was good.

The CISSP training went well. We were able to joint the sessions on time. Trainer (Munaavar) is interactive person, so he gave examples to explain each and every concept. The training was on schedule related to the topics within CISSP. I liked the way he started the training by giving time to talk about the participants background. Totally, the training went well. The training was virtual and thus I was expecting a 'room' full of people. However it was just the instructor (Sonu Verma) and I. This made it much easier to tailor the instruction to my background and learning style and to go faster through material that I was already comfortable with.
