I was lucky to get an excellent trainer. Super knowledgeable and patient. Giving 4-stars only because Sprintzeal comes across as disjointed upon introduction. For example, two sales reps reached out to me at the same time and then I felt passed off. More visibility into who is doing what and their role would be helpful.

The training was virtual and thus I was expecting a 'room' full of people. However it was just the instructor (Sonu Verma) and I. This made it much easier to tailor the instruction to my background and learning style and to go faster through material that I was already comfortable with.

I have had a great experience with my AWS training with Sprintzeal. Originally the trainer I had my first training batch with, was a bit difficult for me to understand. She was honestly very knowledgeable but I couldn't grasp the concepts with her style. I reached out to Jason Caldwell/Leonard Paul about my early learning experience. I was incredibly pleased that I was moved to another trainers training batch. My new trainer (Paul Oyola) was easy for me to understand at a pace that was better fit for me. Paul was not only friendly from day 1 but remained that way throughout all of the classes. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. If Paul didn't have an answer to a question one of the students asked, Paul would search for an answer and provide us with more information. I haven't taken the AWS exam yet, but I am confident I will pass and look forward to letting Paul know. I am so happy that I chose Sprintzeal for my AWS training. I am also pleased with the patience and customer service I received from the time Leonard Paul reached out to me to the time Jason Caldwell and Alex Wood assisted me as needed. It was an excellent live online training session. The Trainer ‘Munawar Ahmed Shaikh’ is an interactive person, and he has lots of industrial experience. He used to explain the project reference that he did on the industry that helped to understand the different CISSP domains.The training session was through GoToMeeting, and it interrupted the session. The trainer spent time troubleshooting the GoToMeeting, and why the drawing board was not displayed on the screen, voice breaks during the sessions. Sprintzeal should change GoToMeeting for better live online training sessions. I highly recommend ‘Munawar Ahmed Shaikh’ for CISSP training.
