I want to thank my training coordinator, Leonard, and trainer Abhishek for the Six Sigma Green Belt training. Abhishek is a very experienced and practical trainer who highlights the key points for the Six Sigma training for the use for my industry and my job scope. I appreciate the attention to detail and making the training lively and easy to follow. I picked the points pretty quickly and am able to apply onto my current work.

I took the certification program CompTIA security+. I really enjoyed the course. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in explaining concepts. I do wish there were more live sessions. I don't think 8 is enough to fully prepare for the CompTia test.

Overall, the course was highly in depth and interactive. The instructor had a great knowledge of the topic and explained the content in full. While the instructor was great, I did have a hard time understanding their accent and spent a decent amount of time trying to understand what was said rather than the content. Ultimately, I will have to re-listen to the recordings or teach myself the content I did not understand. I did have a few issues regarding the preparation of the program. It would be beneficial to the student to know exactly what the program will entail and what is expected of them such as: what technology is required, the level of participation, and the expected schedule of the program. The support team answered emails quickly, and sent out the recordings in good time. I believe this was a good experience to have and to prepare for the PMP test.

I have had a great experience with my AWS training with Sprintzeal. Originally the trainer I had my first training batch with, was a bit difficult for me to understand. She was honestly very knowledgeable but I couldn't grasp the concepts with her style. I reached out to Jason Caldwell/Leonard Paul about my early learning experience. I was incredibly pleased that I was moved to another trainers training batch. My new trainer (Paul Oyola) was easy for me to understand at a pace that was better fit for me. If Paul didn't have an answer to a question one of the students asked, Paul would search for an answer and provide us with more information. I was lucky to get an excellent trainer. Super knowledgeable and patient. Giving 4-stars only because Sprintzeal comes across as disjointed upon introduction. For example, two sales reps reached out to me at the same time and then I felt passed off. More visibility into who is doing what and their role would be helpful.
